Transcriptome Data Analysis
RNA plays a significant role in many biological processes, and understanding the sequencing and how it is occurs is essential. This is what transcriptome sequencing is about, and we are working to examine the entire set of RNA transcripts for a specific cell through a process called Transcriptome. We are working to analyze these RNA transcripts so we can better understand this process to find the underlying mechanisms that result in both development and disease.
