NGS and Long read Data Analysis
NGS, otherwise known as next-generation sequencing, is expected to be the next major breakthrough in DNA discovery and analysis. By examining a series of sequence samples, researchers were able to create solutions designed to resolve a multitude of problems. Our group of researchers and students use reliable individual components that help to create workflows, streamlining the sequencing for Next Gen NGS processes to help discover new sequencing and solutions. This includes research and creating solutions in the following areas:
